There has been an update on the Budwig protocol in the July newsletter from the Creative Health Institute in Qld:

These incredible foods are highly medicinal and release so much oxygen into the body after digestion that one serving kills thousands of cancer cells. They were discovered by Dr Johanna Budwig during 35 years of research in Physics and Biochemistry as part of her search for the cellular causes and cure for cancer. Before her death in 1993 Dr Budwig helped thousands of people make full recoveries from cancer using this protocol combined with a dietary regime, daily exposure to early morning sun, exercise, contact with nature, positive attitude and emotional healing.
They are made by adding cold pressed flaxseed oil and honey to cottage cheese, yoghurt, nuts and seeds. The result is alchemy; the formation of an entirely new molecule which acts in a way totally different to either of the original ingredients.
The cottage cheese and yoghurt lose all of their normal ‘dairy properties’ as the casein and lactose are transformed. The carcinogen in flaxseed oil is neutralised. The omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in the flaxseed oil become water soluble, making them more bio-available to the cell membranes and cell nucleus, where they are essential to cellular health.
This process acts like a magnet for attracting oxygen to the cells. This is greatly enhanced by the ‘lipid fluidity’ of the cell membranes catalysed by providing them with high levels of omega 3 fatty acids (flaxseed oil contains 52 to 62%). This kills cancer cells because they are unable to survive in a high oxygen and alkaline environment, being anaerobic and using acid forming fermented sugar for fuel.
There is a specific equation that is formed by the relationship between the fat content and available protein in these foods, and the omega three fatty acids in the flaxseed oil. The ratio of flaxseed oil is different for nuts and seeds (average 20% protein, 60 % fat), cottage cheese (protein 14%, 3% fat) and yoghurt (protein 4.7%, fat 3.4%).
The equations for making Regenerative Proteins are:-
2 parts Raw Cottage Cheese + 1 part Flaxseed Oil
3 parts Pasteurised Cottage Cheese + 1 part Flaxseed Oil
8 parts Raw Nut-Seed + 1 part Flaxseed Oil
7 parts Raw Yoghurt + 1 part Flaxseed Oil
14 parts Pasteurised Yoghurt + 1 part Flaxseed Oil
In the case of cottage cheese by adding yoghurt there is the extra benefit of friendly bacteria. The raw honey provides enzymes and the flaxseed oil catalyses the alchemical process.
This is the most potent recipe in the world for reversing cancer and for enhancing the functioning of healthy cells. ”
